How do I locate my driver or pick-up point?
Your driver will be waiting at the airport exit door with a board with our logo
on. You will also have our emergency telephone number on your confirmation email
for your peace of mind.
Will the transfer be direct or stop en-route?
We only do transfers to and from Side so there will be no stops along the way.
My flight is delayed what do I do?
Our local representative monitors all incoming flights and we will wait for you
if your flight is delayed.
May I bring extra luggage?
Yes - as long as it a reasonable amount and you inform us beforehand on your
contact form.
I want to cancel my booking, how do I cancel?
You can send us an e-mail to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your
transfer.
Can I amend details to my booking?
Yes, but it must be a minimum of 24 hours before your transfer.
I decided to book a last minute holiday and need a transfer.
You can book a transfer with us up to 24 hours beforehand.
How do I pay for my transfer?
To ensure our customers on-line safety, transfers will be paid for on the bus.
I have a disability and require that my wheelchair be catered for.
As long as prior notice is given, we can ensure that a folding wheelchair can be
catered for.
How do I amend a booking online?
Send us an e-mail with the change of details and we will send a return e-mail
confirming that the details have been changed.
How will I know my return pick-up time for going back to the airport?
We will give you a return transfer time in your confirmation email.
My flight times have been changed what do I do?
E-mail us with your name and flight details. We will get back to you with a
confirmation e-mail.
I need a childs seat what do I do?
Please state the age or weight of each child on your contact form and we can
provide a seat. Each seat will be 5 euros extra.
